[Psp]play Yu Gi oh GX Tag Force without knowing the serie ?

Hello,hum..How to say,i like Yu gi oh,the story with monsters and Magic insides cards.The only one i know,is the First serie with The Egyptian gods and Yu-gi,i still have over 150 Old cards to play but...It's been over 9 Years ago...I just looked for Yu gi oh games for my PSP,and,looks like there are many.In particular the GX Tag force.Over 6 Episodes ?!!!


The fact is that,thèses "New generation" yu gi oh looks like Completely different from what i knew when i was a Kid.So..I'd like to ask,can we understand the Serie Of Yu gi oh GX without having watching the Serie ?
