Can anyone help me change the GMO and GIM to EDAT?

I really helpless about the process，I finally find the Vincent Valentine(FF VII) over Squall，but in download file I get the one GIM and one GMO， how to changes be edat format？ and what is the name can i put to be Squall DLC2 ？
