The handful of details we have so far can be seen here.
Sounds like the perfect place for a lot of the reveals we have been expecting lately. I'm thinking we're likely to hear about these:
* Bayonetta 2 release date for the west (it's actually weird that we've heard so little about it).
* A whole bunch of information about X (hopefully including an actual name). It seems like Nintendo are banking on this being one of the games to revive/help the Wii U survive (since it's a massively anticipated 2nd party exclusive).
* Obviously Smash Bros character information, but I suspect we'll see the final roster and get a worldwide release date. The 10th of June is summer anyway, so the release likely won't be far off that (start opening up your calendars for dat week 1 tournament :3), and it seems likely that we'll get a full roster release around that time (with the possible exception of secret characters likesort of Brawl).
* A new F-Zero game. It's the only logical reason that Captain "Smash Bros" Falcon has not been so far even mentioned for the game. Also coincides with an F-Zero game being one of the first GBA releases for the Nintendo e-Shop (same goes for Isaac, but it seems unlikely that we'll get another Golden Sun game after the 3rd one was a bit average).
* There's been rumours about a new Nintendo console for a while (Max pointed out some domain name theories in the video I posted in the Smash Bros thread), if they're going to release one that's actually a big deal (read: Not a budget version of a previous console, like the Wii Mini and 2DS are) then it makes sense to do it at their own important event (especially one that is 'surrounded in mystery').
* Information on the Wii U release of Watch Dogs, which has so far been shafted pretty badly thanks to the Wii U's poor sales.
* It's been long enough now that the next Wii U Mario game could be announced (I mean the kind fans care about, like 3D world, not another 'new' game).
