Aerith in Dissidia

Hello guys , I d like to ask if Aerith can be an efficient assist character(since she is one of my best ff personalities) , and if anybody knows how can I purchase her.(buying Dissidia Duodecim Prologus Final Fantasy still works for taking her?)
