Poke Battle - A New Pokemon Metagame

I discovered this on twitter a few months ago, the meta goes into beta early next month.

pretty much, every pokemon gets given a value, so, say, a weak pokemon may only be 2 points, while say Mewtwo is 12 points, and you get a max of 40 points to play around with, just as a example.
