Firstly: The Twitter Link has been updated to a more public and far more updated Twitter Account.
Secondly: The IRC link has been replaced with Discord link. It's basically an IRC/Group Chat that also allows the use of Voice Chat if you're interested in that sort of thing. Once again it's more community driven than the original IRC chat, so it will be far more active.
