Question concerning FF Dissidia (For PPSSPP emulator)

I'm a hardcore FF8 fan and a hardcore Seifer Almasy fan. I felt it was a great injustice when he was not included in BOTH Dissidia games. I've heard of "hacks" to more or less create Seifer for Dissidia Duodecim. My issue is, my PSP was damaged in my last deployment, so I downloaded a PSP emulator and both Dissidia games. But I don't think any of the "hacks" I found can work on the PPSSPP.

I'm curious if anyone knows anything about how to use hacks on the emulator. For Dissidia or Duodecim. I basically wanna play as Seifer. Anyone that can help me out or point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
