Either on the net or in RL.

Mine is in RL: I said the wrong thing about my friend. He was talking about collaborating with his sister when she returned from her Mission, and I said: "don't you hate her?" when I MEANT to say "don't you have a rivalry with her?" (Which he does)

So embarrassing.
