Let's try something a bit different. This is not a tournament but an event in which players will form two teams to face in a long set. Here is the basic format:
-Two teams with 3 players
-Team members choose characters, forming a roster
-Players from each team face each other, eliminating characters from the other team's roster
-When a team's roster runs out of characters, the opposing team wins
Pretty simple right? Here's how a few things work
Forming your team's roster
To add a character to your team's roster, you must purchase him using TKG Dollars. Each team has a total of 15 TKG Dollars. Character's prices depend on their tier list position:
Signing up
To sign up, make a post containing the names of the 3 team members and the team's name. Don't post a character roster. After both teams have already signed up, and can also sign up as an alternate in case a player can't show up at the day of the event.
Match format
On the day of the event, both teams will PM me their full character roster. I will then announce the team's rosters on this thread. On the first match, characters will be chosen via double blind pick or gentlemen's agreement (agree to a matchup). On subsequent matches, the winner must stay with his character, while the losing team can send out a new character. All matches happen on World of Darkness.
The event will probably happen on January 17th (Saturday). Time is yet to be decided (please give feedback)
I think that about covers it. Feel free to ask questions and discuss the rules (nothing is set in stone). Also you can post just to show interest in the event and to let other know you're interested in forming a team. It would also be very nice if we could get a streamer.
